I thought the room were tight. The space in the rooms were very tight.

We enjoyed this stay. It was a very nice stay for the holidays. Our king room was equipped with full-length windows, a high ceiling, and a hair dryer. Central location was a plus. There was a wide array of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The room itself was stocked with the1 bedroom, coffeepot, ice bucket and the breakfast was low cost. The rate was US$ 92.

Room was very quiet, for being in downtown Denver!

The room cost more than the event I was there to see (Elizabeth Gilbert at the Paramount Theater), but the location was perfectly convenient!

Access to 16th Street Mall, Fitness center with high-end equipment, Free local shuttle service

The parking situation is misleading. Limited onsite options!!! Housekeeping needs to improve communication on room readiness and cleaning times!!! Air conditioning issues impacted comfort !!!

Elevator is noisy and was running all night. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off The mattress was too soft No pool ( I should have looked into this) NO breakfast....just a little disappointed because I have been travelling a lot this last 2 years and assumed all hotels provided this perk.

I was also glad to find that the hotel featured a cozy Starbucks in the lobby for that morning caffeine fix.

Staff were wonderful.

We had to move after the first night due to noise. our neighbors partied past 5am. Walls seem very thin but there was also a door connecting our room to a suite next door. Front desk was very helpful to move us to a quiter inside room. No connecting door! Yea.

Location was excellent. Room was very quiet.

Felt like there could've been more amenities offered for the price, i.e. airport shuttle or lesser expensive overnight parking.

The room was very clean.

The parking situation was a disaster. I called the hotel beforehand to confirm parking availability and was told reservations were required. Upon arrival, I was informed parking was not reserved, and we had to park a block away in a garage, a hassle. It was frustrating to deal with the misinformation.

The hotel's location is fantastic for downtown activities and shopping. Customer service was amazing. The noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, leading to a restless night. The complimentary breakfast options fell short and could use improvement.

Wonderful small hotel with caring staff from the valet to the desk staff to the housekeepers, truly enjoyed our staying. The location was magnificent, not very far from Colorado Convention Center. We also went to city center, located relatively close to the property.
